What we found for a Lowe’s installer

A Lowe’s installation contractor typed every finished job into one big invoice by hand. About 20 jobs, every two weeks. About an hour each time.

We watched a screen recording of one batch. Partway through, the price sheet changed. The lines already typed kept the old prices. That’s money left on the table.

So we built Cadena to do that batch. It pulls the finished jobs, prices every line from the current price sheet, and puts the whole invoice on one card for the owner to check and approve. It’s built and tested. Next, we set it up for them.

Questions owners ask

Do I have to learn new software?

No. You check and approve in ChatGPT on your phone. We set everything up and keep it running.

What do I need to have?

A ChatGPT Business account in your company’s name. We help you set it up, and you pay OpenAI for it directly. We don’t resell it. Then we connect the apps you already use, like your Gmail and your invoicing app.

Will it send anything without asking me?

No. Every email, invoice, form and payment waits for your tap. You can edit it or skip it. Every step is logged.

What if it gets something wrong?

That’s why you check each one first. Tap Edit, or just tell it what to fix. If a connection breaks, we fix it.

Is my data safe?

Your data is yours. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to train AI. Log-ins are stored encrypted. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.

What happens on the free audit?

We talk through your week and find where the paperwork piles up. Then we tell you what we’d take over and about how many hours it could save. It’s free, with no strings attached.

How much does it cost?

There’s a one-time setup fee and a monthly plan. The price depends on what we take over. You get it in writing after the free audit, before you agree to anything.

Can I stop?

Yes. Cancel with 30 days’ notice. You keep your ChatGPT account, your email and all your apps. They were always yours.
